Policicchio Building Corporation has served the Metro Detroit area since 1974. As a local, family run business, we have and run our business with a perspective that is similar to our customers'. We treat our customers the way we would like to be treated.

Our residential construction experience includes: residential additions, design-and-build custom homes, single family and attached dwelling subdivisions, tear-down-and-replace construction as well as underground development. Whether you have a piece of developed property and a set of plans or a piece of raw land and an idea, we would be glad to be your custom builder.
